بيان حركة شباب 6 ابريل حول التهديدات الامنيه قبل مؤتمر القله المندسه
تتعرض حركة شباب 6 ابريل لتهديدات امنيه مستمره منذ تم الإعلان عن التجهيز لمؤتمر القله المندسه الموازى لمؤتمر الحزب الوطنى الحاكم فى مصر, وقد بدأت هذه التهديدات و التحرشات المستمره حتى الان منذ قيام قوات مباحث أمن الدوله بكفر الشيخ بإعتقال الطالب محمود ياسين ” أحد طلاب 6 ابريل” من داخل الجامعه يوم 18 اكتوبر الجارى و الإعتداء عليه بالضرب و التهديد لعدة ساعات بداخل مقر أمن الدوله بمحافظة كفر الشيخ ثم بعد ذلك استمرت الاستدعاءات الغير قانونيه المتكرره و التى انتهت بإقتحام منزل الطالب بصوره غير قانونيه و مصادره بعض الكتب و تهديد والده و إخوته و احتجاز والده لعدة ساعات بمقر امن الدوله بكفر الشيخ .. ولا تزال التهديدات مستمره للطالب محمود ياسين و عائلته مستمره حتى هذه اللحظه بغرض حضور الطالب محمود ياسين إلى مقر امن الدوله بصوره مخالفه للقانون وتشكل انتهاك صارخ للقانون و لمعايير حقوق الانسان و حرية الممارسه السياسيه.
وفى الاسكندريه وفى سياق متصل تعرض الطالب محمود برى لإحتجاز غير قانونى بمكتب الحرس الجامعى بالجامعه العماليه بالاسكندريه يوم 21 اكتوبر الجارى وسط تهديدات مستمره بالفصل والتعرض للمتاعب الامنيه و إنتهى الامر بصدور قرار بفصل الطالب بدون اى تحقيق وبدون اى تهم
وإستمرار لنفس المسلسل تعرض أهل الطالب احمد مطاوع بجامعة حلوان لعدد من الإتصالات و التهديدات التى انتهت بزياره مفاجئه لمنزله وحث والده على منعه من المشاركه فى انشطة الحركه خصوصا قبل مؤتمر القله المندسه التى تنظمه الحركه بعد عدة ايام ليكون مؤتمرا موازيا لمؤتمر الحزب الحاكم فى مصر و يتناول كشف أكاذيب الحزب الحاكم و تقديم طرح بديل لمواجهة مشروع التوريث.
وتعتزم الحركه تقديم عدة بلاغات للنائب العام فى مصر بالتعاون مع محامى الشبكه العربيه لحقوق الانسان و مركز هشام مبارك للقانون للمطالبه بعدم التعرض ووقف الانتهكاكات الغير قانونيه التى تحدث لأعضاء الحركه.
وتعلن حركة شباب 6 ابريل انها لن تثنيها تهديدات جهاز مباحث امن الدوله الذى يعتبر الذراع العسكرى للحزب الوطنى الحاكم فى مصر عن مواصلة التحضير لمؤتمر القله المندسه الذى سيكون بعنوان هنا القاهره و ليس الجابون.
و تناشد حركة شباب 6 ابريل كل المنظمات الحقوقيه و القانونيه و كل نشطاء حقوق الانسان داخل مصر و فى كل دول العالم وجميع المنظمات الدوليه للتدخل و التضامن لوقف التهديدات التى تحدث من الحزب الحاكم فى مصر و جهازه العسكرى المسمى بمباحث امن الدوله ضد اعضاء الحركه لمحاولة افشال المؤتمر و إرهاب الاصوات المعارضه للحزب الحاكم بين الشباب

April 6 Youth Movement’s statement about the security threats before the anti- ndp Conference…
April 6 Youth Movement has been undergoing security threats to its members since the announcement of the anti – ndp Conference ,parallel to the Conference of the ruling National Democratic Party in Egypt,the security started harassment and continuous threats until now.
The state security arrested the student Mahmoud yaseen( Kafr El-Sheikh) , “one of the students of April 6 Movement “from the University on October 18th and assaulted him by beating and threats for several hours inside the State Security headquarters in Kafr El Sheikh and then continued repeated illegal calls and broke into his house, and the confiscation of some of his books and the threatening of his father and his brothers, and his father’s arrest for several hours at the headquarters of State Security Kafr El-Sheikh ..Continuous threats to the student Mahmoud Yassin and his family until this moment, to force him to go to the state security in contravention and violation of the law and standards of human rights and freedom of political practice.
In Alexandria also, a similar incident the student Mahmoud Berri was detained illegally in the university guard office , in the labor university in Alexandria on Oct. 21 amid continuing threats to suspend him and security problems that ended up with a decision to suspend the student without any investigations and without any charges.
The continuation of the same series , with the student Ahmed Motawea, Helwan University calls and and threats from the state security, which ended with a surprise visit to his home and urged his father to prevent him from participating in any movement activities, especially before the anti – ndp conference organized by the movement after several days, to be parallel to the Conference of the ruling party in Egypt, revealing the lies of the ruling party and to offer an alternative to counteract the succession.
The movement intends to make several appeals to the General Attorney in Egypt in cooperation with the lawyers of the Arabic Network for Human Rights and the Hisham Mubarak Center for Law to stop these illegal actions to the members of the movement.
April 6 Youth Movement declare that the threats of the state Security , which is considered the armed wing of the ruling National Party in Egypt, will not stop them to continue preparations for the anti – ndp conference, titled ,( This is Cairo and not Gabon ).
April 6 Youth Movement calls upon all human rights and lawful organizations and and all human rights activists in Egypt and in all countries of the world and all international organizations for their solidarity to stop the threats from the ruling party in Egypt and its military system, named by the state security against the members of the movement to try to foil the Conference, and the terrorism to any opposing voices to the ruling party” NDP” among young people.
